Wild Northern Minnesota Chaga from living Birch trees in northern Minnesota. Air Dried and hand chunked and sorted. Chunks may range from 1/2inch to 2 inches , great for multiple traditional brewing. We always include the black crust on the chaga and minimally process.
Easy tea: 1 pound of chaga to 1 gallon of water. Place on high in crock pot and let run for 12 hours. Turn off and strain to mason jars or other clean container to store in the fridge and will last about a month. You can save the chaga and use up to 3 times. Keep the used chunks in the freezer for storing until next brewing.
